Barcelona have revealed their squad for the trip to Stamford Bridge this midweek, as they face Chelsea tomorrow.
The Catalan team must win this game following their 3-3 draw with Olympiacos in the previous round.
Fortunately for Hansi Flick’s squad, the club is gradually recovering injured players, with Joan Garcia notably making a heroic comeback last weekend.
Raphinha also appeared as a substitute, and the Brazilian international will join the team for the Chelsea match.
The most significant news is the return of Marcus Rashford, who has been declared fit to play. The Englishman’s experience with Chelsea could be a major advantage for Barcelona.
While Rashford made the squad, Pedri was left out as expected. However, the Spaniard is reportedly traveling with the team to London and will celebrate his birthday on Tuesday.
Pedri's absence from the match will be a setback for Barcelona, particularly against a team like Chelsea. However, if Marc Casado can deliver another outstanding performance, as he did in the recent victory over Athletic Club, it might mitigate the impact.
Elsewhere, there aren't many changes, but Flick now has more options available to him than he did at the beginning of the month.
