The Black Stars forward played the entire match upon his return from international duty, leading his team to a 2-0 home win against their opponents in the Round 10 encounter at the Coventry Building Society Arena.


Thomas-Asante was instrumental by scoring, aiding Coventry City’s remarkable victory against Blackburn Rovers. The Ghana international's impact was clear as his team clinched all points in the crucial encounter.


The eagerly awaited first half of the match concluded in an exciting goalless draw, as neither team managed to score.


In the second half, Coventry City demonstrated determination and resilience, netting two vital goals to secure all three points available.


Denmark international Victor Torp initiated the scoring for the hosts in the 57th minute, and three minutes later, the Ghana international secured the win for his team.


The 26-year-old forward has been in exceptional form this season for Coventry City, netting six goals and delivering three assists in 10 matches in the English Championship.
